摘要
本文以济南钢铁集团中厚板厂库房管理系统为例,探讨如何构建基于订单的库房管理系统。该系统实现了按客户、品种堆垛、自动推荐入库垛位、动态物流管理和钢板替代等功能,提高了作业效率,从根本上杜绝了堵库、发错货等传统库房管理存在的问题。
The article discusses how to establish the order based plate warehouse management system by taking the plate warehouse management system of the medium and heavy plate rolling plant in Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation as an example.The system has realized the functions of piling plate according to customer,steel grades,automatically recommending the pile location in warehouse,dynamically managing material flow and plate substitute and improved working efficiency.The phenomena existing in warehouse management such as warehouse jams and wrong consignment have been eliminated.
