摘要
2005年河北省成为第九个生态省建设试点省区。如何进行生态省建设,解决生态建设与经济社会协调发展关系,成为摆在我们面前的迫切、长期的具体任务和研究课题。笔者拟应用生态学、经济学、管理学、可持续发展等学科理论和原理,在分析河北省的生态环境问题、经济发展现状、人口、资源条件的前提下,揭示生态环境、生态产业及生态文化等河北生态省建设支撑能力方面的几个关键问题。
Hebei Province has become the ninth ecological pilot province in 2005.How to propel the Eco-Province Construction,and how to solve the coordinate-developing of ecological construction and economic & society have become the long-specific tasks and important projects lying in front of us.Here on some key issues of the support capability to the Eco-Province Construction of Hebei from eco-environment & ecological industry & ecological culture etc.are discovered under the premise of analyzing the eco-environment problems,the development situation of economic,population sustainable development and qualification of resource.
