氮化碳材料是通过理论计算设计的化合物材料,其研究在科学和技术上具有重大的意义,是凝聚态物理学和材料科学研究的热点之一。总结了氮化碳材料的结构预测、表征手段以及实验合成方法的研究进展,并讨论了这类材料的性能。
The research on carbon nitride materials designed by theoretic calculating is very significant for science andtechnology,so that it is interesting for scholars from the fields of solid physics and material science. The progress of research on the structure predicted,synthesis,characterization of carbon nitride materials in the past years was reviewed,and the present condition of research on their properties was also discussed.
