摘要
从用户的角度,对我国仪器仪表行业的现实问题和中国仪器仪表学会在行业中的作用及影响做了较深入地分析,同时阐述了用户在当前形势下需求的变化。为此,建议学会进一步扩大影响,加大对技术开发和技术创新的宣传和鼓励,加大评奖和推广方面的工作力度,并在仪器仪表行业知识产权保护方面提供必要的服务。仪器仪表学会应进一步发挥在鼓励创新工作上的优势,倡导行业根据企业自身特点,打造一流企业品牌的氛围。
Based on the viewpoint of the users, the reality of the professional situation of instrumentation in our country, and the effects and influence of China Instrument and Control Society in this professional area are analyzed in detail. In addition, the changes of requirements and demands of the users are described. Thus, it is recommended to further expand the influence of the society, increase strength of propaganda, encouragement, reward, and popularization on technical development and technical innovation, as well as provide necessary services for protecting intellectual property right in professional areas. The Society shall further elaborate its superiority on encouraging innovations, conduct the enterprises to create first-class brand based on their own characteristics.
