摘要
推行工程量清单计价是是我国工程造价管理体制改革的一项重要政策 ,是整顿和规范建筑市场的需要 ,适应市场经济 ,符合国际惯例 ,体现了价值规律。在分析推行工程量清单计价的必要性和现实意义的基础上 ,针对我国目前现状提出了一些应对策略和措施 ,来适应工程量清单计价 ,提高企业的综合实力。
It is an important policy in the structural reformingof our engineering cost management to carry outthe Valuation with Bill Quality of Construction Works (VBQCW), which satisfiesthe demand of reorganizing and standardizing the building market, orientates market economy with norm, matchesinternational tradition, embodies law of value. Based on the analysisof necessityand practicalmeaning to carry out the VBQCW, this paper brings up some countermeasures to satisfy the present situation so as to enhance the comprehensivestrength of enterprises.
