摘要
目的:探讨长期吸入糖皮质激素在慢性阻塞肺疾病中的疗效及副作用。方法:查阅国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果:长期吸入糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效目前仍未得出一致的结论。结论:长期吸入糖皮质激素虽然不能明显延缓慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的进行性下降,但可改善生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect and the side effect of Inhaled corticosteroids in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Metheds:Looking up the literatures home and abroad,then summarizing them.Results:At the present day,there yet is not any agreement on the curative effect of inhaled corticosteroids for a long time to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Conclusion:Inhaled corticosteroids for a long time Can not obviously postpone the weakening of lung function of sufferers of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,however it can improve their life quality.
