摘要
介绍了一种小口径管道中的流量测量与控制的方法。利用电子秤测出总流量,再通过对SMAR现场总线设备IF302中的模块进行组态,实现总流量到瞬时流量的转换,达到瞬时流量的测量。实现现场总线培训系统实验装置中流量测量与控制。实验证明,该方法简单易行,解决了这种小口径管道中的流量测量与控制问题。
The article introduces a method of flow measurement and control in a small-bore piping.Transient flow would be achieved when the total flow is measured by an electronic-weighing system and function block configuration with IF302 of SMAR fieldbus device in order to accomplish the transition from total flow to transient flow.It is realized that the flow of FCS training system can be measurd and controued led.The test shows that the method is simple and easy to reach,and it solves the problem of the flow measurement and control in a small-bore piping.
