摘要
目的:SNRT/CSNRT为测定窦房结(SAN)功能的主要指标,因SNRT受基础心率影响,故现测不同年龄段的正常人的CSNRT,以了解CSNRT随年龄增长变化的规律。方法:选取无器质性心脏病的人,按年龄分为三组,下食道电极,测SNRT/CSNRT。结果:随年龄增长,并未出现相应的CSNRT的延长。结论:正常人在未用药物阻断自主神经的情况下所测CSNRT随年龄增长差异无显著性。
Objective To observe the change of sinus node recovery time(SNRT) and correct sinus node recovery time (CSNRT), In order to know the rule of age-related changes of CSNRT. Methods Normal people are chosen and divided into three groups. Esophagus electrode is inserted, count SNRT and CSNRT. Results With aging, the CSNRT of three groups people have no difference. Conclusion With aging, the normal people’s CSNRT remain unchanged who have not been pharmacologic autonomic blockade.
