摘要
目的探讨地塞米松对扁桃体术后反应的影响。方法160例患者,随机分为地塞米松组和对照组,地塞米松组于扁桃体术后静脉输注地塞米松2d,对照组则不使用激素,观察地塞米松对扁桃体术后疼痛、生活行为及口咽部体征的影响。结果地塞米松组在扁桃体术后疼痛、生活行为及体征方面与对照组之间差异有统计学意义。结论扁桃体术后静脉输注地塞米松减轻其术后反应是安全和有效的。
