摘要
为满足国家对云水资源统一管理和合理配置的需求,本文首先以二元水循环规律为理论基础,通过对空中水、地表水、土壤水和地下水四水转化关系的分析,提出了云水资源的内涵并揭示其组成过程及其3种存在形式;其次,依据着陆后云水资源3种存在形式,给出云水资源水量计算公式模型;最后,以研究区为例进行应用研究,在雨季末期人工降水20mm时,用此模型计算了研究区3个子区域云水资源水量。通过应用得知:受水区得到云水资源转化的土壤水和地下水水量受到其初始土壤含水率和初始地下水位限制。结果表明,云水资源量计算公式为云水资源统一管理、合理配置和效益补偿等下一步研究提供了理论基础。
