摘要
以我国物权法的颁布为切入点,讨论了中国物权在数千年历史变革中的演化过程,并从物权的演变分析中国社会文化及价值精神的变革。同时结合生产力和社会价值的变化讨论了物权与之相对应的变化,阐明了社会决定法律,法律反映社会的辩证关系。
