摘要
以科学发展观为思想指导,分析过去人与自然之间不恰当的关系,全面阐述和谐状态下的人、资源、环境应如何协调共同发展,并提出在此基础上健全有关机制和法律法规,进一步保障人与自然和谐发展。
Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development,the improper relationship between human beings and nature is analyzed and how to coordinate human beings,resources and environment under the harmonious state is elaborated.In addition,the mechanism and laws and regulations should be perfected to secure harmonious development between human beings and nature.
