摘要
分析高校仪器设备政府采购的意义,对政府采购存在的问题进行了剖析,研究提出完善高校仪器设备政府采购的若干建议。
The paper surveys the existing problems with government procurement of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities and significance of the strategy,thus providing workable proposals to improve the quality and efficiency of governmental procurement.
