摘要
特许经营便利店和电子商务的结合,为供应商、特许经营便利店、网络运营商提供一种全新联盟模式,有效解决了电子商务中物流配送问题.首先设计了电子商务环境下的供应链,并在此基础上阐明了联盟对合作方的优势,最后重点研究了三种在总店和门店之间分配代销服务费的模式,比较得出相对最优的分配模式.
