摘要
目的制备载NC-1900的MePEG-PLA纳米粒。方法以溶液聚合法合成不同分子量的MePEG-PLA聚合物为材料,采用复乳溶剂挥发法制备纳米粒,以纳米粒粒径和NC-1900包封率为考察指标,设计正交试验及多元回归分析优化处方与工艺,并对纳米粒进行表征,结合体外泄漏试验筛选出最优的NC-1900纳米粒载体。结果以MePEG3000-PLA44800为材料根据最优处方制得的载NC-1900NPs均匀圆整,平均粒径为(77 ±11) nm,包封率约为(21.40 ±0.10) % ,在pH7.4的PBS溶液和空白血浆中48h NC-1900泄漏率分别小于5%和15%。结论最优处方制得的MePEG3000-PLA44800纳米粒适宜作为NC-1900的载体。
