摘要
高校教师职业倦怠症日渐严重,通过对高校教师的工作特点、工作性质及工作环境的分析,指出教学工作的难控性、不合理的高校内部管理机制及教师个人因素是造成教师倦怠症发生的主要原因。高校教师职业倦怠不仅对教师个人的身心健康造成危害,对教学工作乃至社会都会造成巨大影响。为预防和缓解教师的职业倦怠,本文从教师个人、学校和社会三个层面提出了应对措施。
Based on an analysis of professional feature,nature and the working environment,the paper indicates that the increasingly serious professional fatigue of faculty in universities are believed to be caused by uncontrollable teaching works,unreasonable internal management system and teachers′ individual diatheses.The fatigue not only does great harm to personal physical and psychological health of faculties themselves,but also brings imponderable influence to teaching and society as well.To prevent and relieve...
