摘要
我国地方性投资法规中的许多措施与WTO组织规定的TRIMS(《与贸易有关的投资措施协议》)相抵触,尤其是陕西在这方面显得比较落后。为此,在符合WTO原则基础上,并借鉴我国发达地区的经验,提出了对陕西省在营造良好投资环境,吸引优良外资,引导外资流向等方面的一些地方性投资法规进行修订的必要性。
A series of measures in Chinese local investment law contradicts the TRIMS of WTO at present,and in this aspect,Shaan xi is rather backward in particular.Based upon the principles of the WTO,and the experienc e of advanced areas in China,the thesis proposes the necessity for revising the lo cal investment law in terms of creating the investment environment,attractin g an d directing foreign investment as well.
