摘要
分析了超声波钻孔检测系统工作原理、工艺要求和设计关键点。设计了超声波探头升降同步绞车传动与控制方式、机构布局,计算了绞车钢丝绳卷筒和电缆卷筒的结构尺寸;对超声波钻孔检测系统的测控系统硬件结构、信号传递方式进行了描述,并给出了实际成孔的检测曲线。
