摘要
为了解决裂缝性漏失在处理过程中遇到的架桥材料较大,无法通过泥浆泵滤网和钻头的问题,设计了一种井下旁通阀式堵漏材料送入工具。该工具将堵漏材料直接灌入套管内,到达堵漏位置后,加压将堵漏材料压入地层。现场应用表明,该工具能够将堵漏材料准确压入地层,并且在下钻过程中保证泥浆的循环。
In the treatment of fracture loss circulation,the bridge building material can not cross the mud pump filter screen and drill bit easily as its big volumn.To solve the problem,a downhole by-pass valve type tool for filling loss circulation material was designed.With the tool,the loss circulation material is directly feeded into the casing,and pressurized into the formation when it arrived at the loss location.The field application proved the tool can properly feed the material into the formation,and assure ...
