摘要
文化是创新的灵魂和动力。要进行自主创新,就必须先有文化自觉。文化自觉是自主创新的思想认识前提;而自主创新则是文化自觉的具体实践展开。
Culture is the soul and motivation of innovation.If one wants to be innovative,he has to be culturally self-conscious first.Cultural self-consciousness is the ideological premise of independent innovation while independent innovation is the concrete practice of cultural self-consciousness.
