摘要
介绍了城市房地产发展评价因素选取的原则,对城市房地产发展评价选取的因素进行了研究,构建了影响房地产发展因素的体系并对影响房地产发展的相关指标进行了分析,进而促进房地产的发展。
It introduces the selected principle on the evaluated factors of city realty develop,researches the selected factors on the evaluated of city realty develop,builds the system of factors of influencing the develop of realty,and analyses the related index of influencing the develop of realty,to accelerate the develop of reality.
