摘要
本文分析了党内协商民主与党内和谐的概念内涵,并在此基础上论述了党内协商民主与党内和谐的互动模式:党内协商民主是党内和谐的生成基因,党内和谐是党内协商民主发展的理想环境。
The thesis has analysed the concepts of the consultative democracy and the harmony within the Party,and has commented that on the basis:the consultative democracy within the Party is a gene of the harmony within the Party,and the harmony within the Party is the ideal environment of the development of the consultative democracy within the Party.
