摘要
经过16年的高速经济增长,韩国1977年人均GDP突破1000美元关口,到1987年达到3170.9美元。这十年是韩国国民经济发展的极为关键时期,也是1960-1970年代经济发展带来的社会矛盾频发时期。韩国政府为应对这些挑战,采取了较为合理政策,比较好地处理了这些问题,为1990年代经济社会的继续发展铺平了道路。1977-1987年韩国社会所面临的挑战与风险,以及韩国政府应对挑战的对策得失,对中国具有重要借鉴意义。
the Republic of Korea s GDP per capita reached $1000 , after 16 years economic development (1962-1977),and exceeded$3000 in 1987. At the meantime, the development in 1960s and 1970s brought great challenges and risks to the Republic of Korea Society. In this article, the challenges and risks that faced the Republic of Korea and the social policy the government made during 1977-1987 are fully discussed. These discussions ,are very helpful to China ,for China s GDP per capita has exceeded $1000 in 2003.
