添加剂DTBP改善HCCI着火的数值模拟与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 结合PRF(Primary Reference Fuels)和二叔丁基过氧化物(DTBP)详细的化学反应动力学机理,应用HCCI单区燃烧模型对添加剂二叔丁基过氧化物(DTBP)改善HCCI着火的能力进行了数值模拟,数值模拟结果表明,混有添加剂(DTBP)的基础燃料能够有效地改善HCCI着火,随着DTBP质量分数的增加,着火明显提前,但过多的添加剂不利于发动机正常工作。随着发动机转速提高,添加剂质量分数相应增加,以避免失火。发动机结构与运行参数对HCCI燃烧起到显著影响,提高进气温度、进气压力和压缩比,着火提前;提高发动机转速导致着火滞后。 Numerical simulation on the effect of additive(DTBP) on HCCI ignition was taken by using the single-zone model coupled with a detailed kinetic model.The results show that the base fuel with additives will improve the HCCI combustion remarkably.The ignition timing advances with the increase of DTBP mass fraction.However,over-addition of the additive is unfavorable to engine operation.In order to achieve the best performance at low engine load,the mass fraction of DTBP additive in PRF90 needs to be increased ...
