摘要
《清史档案丛编》第五辑收录有控告徐乾学兄弟子侄原状22件,其中“张恂如呈控徐乾学炙诈婪脏逼死父命状”案情复杂,也最具史料价值。从案情分析看,原告虽欲置徐氏死地,然徐乾学直接触犯的只是借贷严重违法。案件的发生,不仅缘于徐乾学个人操守卑劣,也与当时的制度环境、社会风气有关。
