摘要
目的:探讨经翼点入路显微外科手术治疗前交通动脉瘤的手术方法及疗效。方法:对2004年9月~2007年5月我科收治的98例前交通动脉瘤采用经翼点入路行显微外科手术治疗。结果:94例行瘤颈夹闭术,4例行动脉瘤包裹术;术中动脉瘤破裂8例(8.2%)。手术效果按Glasgow Outcome Score(GOS评分):恢复良好83例(84.7%),中度残疾8例(8.2%),重度残疾4例(4.1%),植物状态1例(1.0%),死亡2例(2.0%)。结论:经翼点入路显微外科手术治疗前交通动脉瘤,术中暴露清楚,夹闭瘤颈可靠,疗效满意。
