摘要
目的:评价各种手术方法治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的效果,从而正确选择手术方法降低复发率。方法:对66例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤按时间顺序分为前、后两组,分别采用鼻侧切开术和鼻内镜术,随访2年半以上。结果:经χ2检验,总体上鼻内镜组的复发率、并发症率较鼻侧切开组低,不同分期的复发率、并发症率两组比较结果不一致。结论:疾病分期对于确定手术方式十分有益,T1、T2、T3a期病变适宜鼻内镜术治疗,T3b、T4期病变最好采用鼻侧切开术或者鼻内镜下联合手术。
