摘要
不平衡报价作为一种行之有效的投标策略在工程招投标活动中运用越来越广泛,但是严重不平衡报价对工程项目的顺利开展有诸多负面影响。本文通过一个典型案例分析严重不平衡报价给建设单位、建设项目以及建筑市场带来的不利影响。
As an effective bidding strategy the imbalanced quotation is handled abroad , but bad Imbalanced quotation has lots of negative effect which we do not attach importance to on progress of project. Through a representative case this article analyses bad imbalanced quotation s adverse influence on owner, building project and market.
