摘要
针对目前ANSYS大型商用数值分析软件的shell单元无法得到应力线性化数据,从而使得化工设备和压力容器的安全评估无法实施的问题进行了shell单元建立的典型化工设备模型的应力线性化研究,通过具体分析shell51单元的数据,给出了应力线性化评价数据的计算方法和相应计算公式,实现了shell51单元模型的应力线性化分析计算。同时,本文通过实例分析,得到了一些重要的结论,对于指导利用shell51单元模型进行分析设计评估和化工设备的安全评价具有重要的作用。
