摘要
必须大力倡导对权力进行制约的理念,并相应辅之以有效的制约机制和方式,以防止权力的滥用和异化。对权力制约有三种基本方式:以权力制约权力、以权利制约权力和以道德制约权力。对权力制约的三种基本方式作了比较和阐述,并指出它们之间的逻辑关联性。
We must vigorously advocate the concept of power constraints with corresponding effective mechanism and means to prevent the abuse and alienation of power.There are three basic means which are the power to power,the right to power and morality to power.This paper compared and expounded three basic approaches of power constraints and pointed out the logical correlation between them.The three basic methods of power compared and elaborated,and pointed out the logical correlation between them.
