摘要
选用五龙鹅健康雏鹅快长系(Fast-growthline,FGL)和蛋用系(Egg-productionline,EPL)各90只(公母各半)进行网床育肥试验,测量体重并计算饲料消耗和料重比,分别测定6周和10周血清酶活性,并分析其与体重的相关性。结果表明:0~8周快长系比蛋用系的平均增重高7.0%(P<0.05);0~8周快长系的料重比小于蛋用系;绝对生长在6周时达到顶峰,相对生长符合指数函数的数学模型;快长系AKP活性6周和10周分别显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01)高于蛋用系;ACP活性6周时快长系明显低于蛋用系(P<0.01);10周快长系LDH活性高于蛋用系(P<0.05);10周蛋用系AKP活性与体重呈中等强度负相关(r=-0.423);快长系6周和10周GPT活性均与体重呈中等强度负相关(r=-0.347,r=-0.453),蛋用系6周GPT活性与体重呈强负相关(r=-0.733);快长系6周LDH活性与体重呈中等强度负相关(r=-0.512),10周呈强负相关(r=-0.710)。
One hundred and eighty Wulong geese of fast-growth line (FGL) and egg-production line (EPL) were selected to be fattened in netting bed respectively. The weight of each goose was measured, feed consumption and feed conversion ratio were determined at the same time, serum enzyme activities at the age of 6 and 10 week were carried out respectively, and the correlation between serum enzyme activity and weight of the goose was also analyzed.
