摘要
本文结合福州某小区二十世纪八十年代建造的预制楼板砖混结构住宅典型工程,介绍类似工程结构安全性鉴定及抗震性能评估方法,并提出处理意见及建议。
Based on the study of typical residential buildings with precast slab brick-concrete structures constructed in the 80s of twentieth century in Fuzhou, the methods of structural security appraisal and anti-seismic performance evalu ation for similar engineering are introduced and processing suggestions are put forward.
