摘要
设计了一种无简并工作点的自启动电流基准.利用反馈控制,产生基准电流,实现温度补偿.与传统自启动电流基准相比,本设计启动速度快,不存在简并工作点,而且具有良好的温度特性.采用UMC0.6μmBCD工艺,实现2μA基准电流;在斜率5V/μs的电源激励下,响应时间为1μs;在-25~70℃范围内,温漂为105×10-6/℃(105PPm/℃).通过分析电路参数对基准性能的影响,得到核心电流镜像增益为10.
A non-bistable bootstrap current reference is presented.The novel reference current is determined by feedback,and also temperature compensation is realized.Compared with traditional bootstrap current reference,the novel one avoids bistable state and could be started up fast with good temperature compensation.Using UMC 0.6 μm BCD technology,2 μA reference current has been designed.Its start-up time is 1 μs under the power slope of 5 V/μs,and its TCF is 105×10-6/℃(105PPm/℃) in the temperature rang of-25~70℃.I...
