摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS建立了带钢卷取过程的有限元仿真模型,定量计算了常见的带钢板形缺陷对卷取张力的影响,仿真结果可对实际生产提供理论参考.
A FEA model of strip rolling was built with ANSYS software to analyze the effect of strip shape defect on winding tension.The effect on winding tension was calculated by using the model,and the simulation results may provide theoretical reference for production.
