摘要
应对持续增长的交通量和自由飞行的灵活性,空域扇区需要进行动态划分。提出解决动态空域扇区规划问题的约束规划法,利用图划分理论表达空域的拓扑结构,并考虑扇区规划时空中交通管制的管制约束条件。
Airspace sectors must be programmed dynamically in order to reply the increasing traffic flow and the freedom of free flight. This paper proposes a constraint programming formulation for DASP, expressed airspace topological structure using graph partitioning theory and took some ATC constraints into account.
