摘要
通过扫描电镜观察铝热焊接钢轨焊缝拉伸和冲击断口的断口形貌及能谱对缺陷进行成分分析,研究了使用中合格的铝热焊缝的微观缺陷的种类和形成机制。结果表明:微观缺陷主要包括微孔和夹杂,其中微孔由微气孔和微缩孔组成,夹杂物按形态和尺寸分为团簇状夹杂、锥状夹杂、粒状夹杂、积聚物夹杂、丝状夹杂和混合形夹杂。夹杂物的形成原因主要为硫磷含量过高形成偏析物;氧或硅含量过高形成氧化物或硅酸盐;操作工艺不当造成铝热剂熔化不完全形成铁、硅夹杂。
