摘要
本文用具体的数据指出我国能源形势,指出节能是保障我国经济可持续发展的前提,结构因素是关键。文章提出具体政策层面的建议,尽快建立国家能源保障体系,实施产业布局调整,推广节能技术和产品,大力发展替代能源。
based on concrete data and energy situation,the paper point out that the essential prerequisite to keep economic sustainable development is energy-saving,and within that,the energy structure is the key.The paper make some concrete suggestions in laying down necessary policies,such as,as early as possible installing system of energy-conversation,regulating the layout of energy industries,popularizing technology and products of energy-saving,and exploiting alternate energy source.
