摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从板蓝根中提取挥发油,应用GC-MS联用检测仪对提取的挥发油进行成分分析。共得到22个峰,通过NIS107质谱数据库检索,鉴定出16个化合物,占总量的85.19%,其中含量最高的是十六酸,约占总量的38.52%。应用GC-MS法分离、分析板蓝根中的挥发油成分,操作快速、简便。
Study the chemical composition of volatile oil from Isatis indigolica Fort.METHODS:the volatile oil was extracted by water distillation method and analyzed by GC-MS.We got 22 peaks,19 of which were identified.The method which extracts and analyzes the volatile oil from Isatis indigolica Fort.by GC-MS is proved to be convenient to operate.The results are accurate and reliable.
