摘要
以我国城乡“二元化”医疗保障制度为研究对象,以建立城乡一体化医疗保障制度为目标,借鉴国外医疗保障一体化进程中的经验教训,结合我国城乡医疗保障制度的实际情况,深入分析了我国发展城乡统一的医疗保障制度的必要性,在此基础上,提出了实现我国医疗保障制度城乡整合的目标构想及措施建议,以资为我国今后完善医疗保障体系改革提供有益的参考。
