摘要
民主法治不仅是和谐社会的重要内容,更是构建和谐社会的重要保证。和谐社会的主要内涵一直是法治的价值追求。因此,要实现社会和谐,就要更大程度地实现法治。而法治的进步是一个不断完善的过程,在这个过程中,要不断地完善法制实践,而且更关键的是要转变法治类型,由单一法治向混合型法治转变,只有这样,才能实现法制现代化,构建和谐社会。
