摘要
基于逐点比较法的原理,本文对累加极限控制插补算法,插补算法的数学模型进行了验证研究。实例分析,并在SKY数控车床进行验证,结果表明,累加极限控制插补算法使插补精度不小于0.5个脉冲当量,插补点大幅度减少,系统的响应速度加快,插补精度提高。
On the basis of the principle point-by point comparison method and least error method, the accumulative limit control in-terpolation and the math model of interpolation are studied and verified in this paper. According to the result of the examples applied in SKY NC lathe, it is proved that the interpolation error is no more than half of the least increment, so interpolation points are greatly reduced, and response velocity quickened and interpolation precision heightened.
