摘要
阐述了用ARM和FPGA构造嵌入式数字超声探伤系统的过程,设计了系统的硬件结构,用FPGA进行数字信号处理,利用TCP/IP协议实现C/S模式下的数据传输,实现了超声探伤的跨平台远程监控。嵌入式探伤仪通过多线程技术进行多任务处理,集超声探伤、数据存储、网络通信于一体。
A method of constructing embedded digital ultrasonic system based on ARM and FPGA was proposed, the structure of the hardware and the digital signal processing with FPGA were introduced. Based on the technology of TCP/IP and C/S mode, the remote ultrasonic detect system was implemented. With the help of the multi-threads mechanism, displaying the scanning wave, reading and writing data and communicating at the same time were possible in the ultrasonic detect device.
