摘要
在许多电力系统保护和控制策略中必须精确测量和计算系统的频率更重要的是在线计算系统的频率和它的变化,并必须认真处理系统频率的波动来解释测量的准确性。一般频率计算方法只能用于计算不含谐波的正弦输入信号,针对这一不足,本文提出使用带通滤波器对输入信号进行数字滤波后再进行频率计算,以消除谐波产生的干扰。在此基础上,本文使用傅立叶算法对被采样信号精确滤波,从而实现了频率的精确测量。
