摘要
本文介绍了一种在洗煤过程中非常有用的新的磁介质密度测量方法。传感器的激励信号为三角波电流,响应信号波形转换可以消除传感器电阻引起的温度漂移并提高传感器的抗干扰能力。为增强传感器的机械强度,其结构采用将传感器内置于不锈钢管中,并在不锈钢管切开切口来消除涡电流。本文列出了线性试验及温度试验结果,在洗煤厂的使用表明磁介质密度测量性能稳定且能满足洗煤过程需要。
A new method of magnetic medium density measurement is described, which is very useful for the coal washing process. The exciting signal is triangle wave current. The application of response signal wave transform can eliminates the temperature drift caused by the sensor resistance and increases the ability of anti interference.
