摘要
用显微组织、力学性能和扫描电镜等方法,分析了1 900 t/h超临界锅炉用TP347H高温过热器弯管在高温运行近1 000h下产生裂纹的原因,结果表明,TP347H奥氏体钢冷加工成形后未经过固溶处理,腐蚀敏感性增强。在高温及烟气、煤灰覆盖层等运行环境下,在综合应力的作用下,加速腐蚀过程,在弯头应力集中部位产生了晶间应力腐蚀裂纹。
Fracture analysis of U-type bend of TP347H tube in the high temperature super-heater of a 1 900 t/h boiler operated for less than 1 000 h was carried out by means of examinations of microstructune,mechanical properties and scanning electron microscopy.The corrosion sensibility of cold-formed TP347H steel increased because solution heat treatment was not performed and the bend was operated under the conditions of high temperature and ash deposits.Intergranular stress corrosion cracking occurred at the positi...
