摘要
介绍了一种低硝酸铝合金抛光清洗剂LB,该清洗剂具有可在常温下操作、无氮氧化物气体逸出、失重小、成本低等优点。对该抛光剂各组分的作用进行了分析,详细说明了在溶液的酸性和硝酸的氧化作用下氧化铝的形成和溶解的反复进行是达到光亮作用的主要机理,并用易钝化金属的阳极极化曲线对化学抛光机理进行了解释。
An aluminun alloy polishing bath LB was initiated.Its advantages were room temperature operation,free from nitrogen gassing of oxides,less metal loss and low cost.The effects of components of the solution was analyzed,and the mechanism of the action of nitric acid in aluminum polishing was discussed.The mechanism of chemical polishing was described by means of anodic polarization curves of passive metals.
