摘要
重复四次测定了在常温正常供水下,野生陇川割手密种、栽培品种桂糖11号和桂糖15号、热带原种Badila四个甘蔗材料的叶片束缚水含量、自由水含量,计算束缚水/自由水的比值。结果只有束缚水/自由水比值在参试材料间的差异达到1%显著水准,并可明显地将野生陇川割手密种、栽培品种桂糖11号和桂糖15号及热带原种Badila区分出不同的抗旱性。笔者认为。
The bound water, free water content and the proportion of bound to free water in sugarcane leaves were tested for four entries,Guangxi 11,Guangxi 15,Badila and Saccharum spontaneum from Longchuan by four duplicates under normal temperature and water supplied.Results show that the proportion of bound to free water is significant different at P001 level among the trial materials,and it can be divided obviously to drought resistance and nonresistance from wild Saccharum spontaneun from Longchuan,Cultiv...
