摘要
通过正交试验,研究了N+注入参数对40Cr钢和GCr15钢表面显微硬度的影响。结果表明离子注入使40Cr钢和GCr15钢表面硬度得到了提高,且存在一个最佳注入剂量为4×1017ions/cm2。
The influence of N + ion implanted parameters on microhardness were studied by means of orthogonal experimentation. The results showed that the surface microhardness could be imprvoed by ion implantation and that there existed an optimum ion dose for modification, 4×10 17 ions/cm 2 for 40Cr Steel and GCr15 steel.
