摘要
N,N—二甲基甲酰胺二甲基缩醛(DMFDMA)对各种类型的羧酸(包括高位阻酸)都具有很强的酯化能力。当分子中同时存在羧基、羟基时,DMFDMA与羧基的反应是主要的,同时存在羧基和氨基时,情况较复杂。
The esterfication of various carboxylic acids with N.N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acethyl(DMFDMA)are carried out.The result shows that NMFNMA is a powerful esterification reagent for various acids,including hindered acids.There are hy- droxy group and carboxy group in same molecule esterification is major reaction.For amino group and carboxy group in one molecule,the products are different according to the reaction conditions.
