摘要
由钢丝帘线和橡胶组成的子午线轮胎带束层是属于一种特殊的复合材料。此复合材料中的钢丝帘线与橡胶两者的弹性模量相差十分悬殊,两者的刚度比很大,测定此类复合材料的弹性模量较为困难。本文叙述了用激光散斑法测定子午线轮胎带束层部位的材料弹性模量的原理。
The belt layer of a radial tire made of steel cord and rubber is a kind of special composite in which the stiffness ratio of steel cord to rubber is so great that the accurate determination of its elastic modulus appears to be quite difficult.This paper deals by laser speckle technique with the principle and method to determine the elastic modulus of the special composite on the belt layer of a radial tire,together with the experimental results.
